Perfect product, AMAZING customer service

I was looking for this official shoei visor, but they were all sold out at cyclegear/shoei's main website for the US. The product came in perfect condition, and in a very short time for international shipping.
I had also mistakenly ordered the wrong color, and messaged customer service apprehensively (online customer service can be hit or miss in my experience). Their team responded and fixed my order in less than a day! And they were very kind in the process as well.
