Q: How long does shipping take?
A: 5 to 7 business days to most destinations if the product is in
stock. If not, you will be sent an estimated shipping time by email.
Q: Do you offer combined shipping charge?
A: We calculate the shipping charge based on total weight combined.
If we have to make separate packages, you'll be notified by email
before shipping.
Q: Can you give me a quote including shipping?
A: Our website will be able to accurately calculate the shipping
charge for your order. If we have to make separate packages, we'll
let you know.
Q: Do you ship the package by FEDEX or UPS if I requested?
A: We are very confident that Postal Express Mail(EMS) or Postal Certified Priority offer the best
service and value to both of us, so we are not offering shipping
via those carriers at this time.
Q: How do I know that my package is safe during shipping?
A: We pack very carefully every package to make sure your shipment
is fully protected.
Q: Is my package insured?
A: Yes, unless you give us instructions to the contrary, your package
will be insured at the price of the products. Please let us know
immediately if the package has been damaged.
Q: Can I have a tracking number for my package?
A: Yes, we will provide you the tracking number after shipping.
You can start tracking the package within 24 to 48 hours.
Q: Are there any other charges?
A: We charge only shipping cost though, you are responsible for
all import duty and taxes charged by your government.
Q: Can you give me a quote for import duty and taxes?
A: We cannot predict what these charges are and you should request
for that information with the relevant government agencies concerned.
In our experience, most shipments to the US, do not have to pay
any duty, however for shipments to the EU, Australia, New Zealand,
Canada, there may be duty to pay.
