Returns
Returns are accepted for manufacturing flaws and defects only. Be
sure to check the part over thoroughly for shipping damage, workmanship
before installing it in anyway.
Magazines, manuals and books, used parts of any kind, any new parts
which have been installed or attempted to be installed, any parts
not in their original packing materials, are not returnable.
No returns or exchanges on special order or sale merchandise.
Customer must notify by email within 7 business days of receipt
of your order if you find problem with your order. Returns without
prior approval will be refused.
Returns must be sent via postal service, prepaid and insured by
customer with tracking information.
Returns sent via any other carrier or COD will be refused.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we clearly
sent you the wrong or defect product.
All returned items are subject to our inspection and repair or replacement
in lieu of credit or refund.
Payment Methods
At this time our store is accepting PayPal only. Paypal allows the
use of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Expcess, Cash and eCheck.
Prices and Availability

Backorders
At Max MC Direct, we make every effort to keep backorders to a minimal,
but due to supplier's production we may have to backorder an item.
If your item is not in stock, you will be notified estimated time
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You may contact us at any time to cancel a backorder.
Your credit card won't be charged until the package is ready to
ship.
